TAKE THIS JOURNEY WITH ME AS I LEARN AND WRITE MY THOUGHTS IN BLACK.

Becoming aware of my passion for journalism and honing my skills within this profession has been an interesting and enlightening journey. I’ve discovered so much about who I am as a writer, a researcher, a team member and finally, as a person.

In Black and Write is a Blog that aims to portray those discoveries, as well as highlight some of my best journalistic and personal creative works. These highlights include my best journalism work samples from a few courses I’ve taken at Howard University, including Multimedia Storytelling, Digital Media Literacy and Visual Journalism.

With every journalistic project I commit myself to, I become an even better storyteller and more passionate about what I do. My hope is that this passion will illuminate through my work and this Blog. Thank you for visiting, I hope you enjoy learning more about me as I paint my thoughts in BLACK and WRITE.
